Steven Ritchie All students in grades 1-5 receive music instruction two times a week in 30 minute sessions. Here’s some special musical happenings: Welcome Back to School! Welcome to another exciting year at Ballast Point! Our students have begun the year with some sound pieces using poems and unpitched percussion instruments. Of course, we've also been dancing and singing.                                                                        4th Grade News       Our 4th Grade students will study the soprano recorder this fall. The recorder promotes basic woodwind technique and music reading skills.
